Silver Wood Bed and Breakfast Inn is pleased to offer a unique choice of Colorado Springs accommodations. It is our desire to do our part to make your Rocky Mountain getaway as enjoyable and memorable as possible. In order to ensure a positive vacation experience for all our guests, a few rules and policies are necessary. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with these before you make plans to stay with us in our beautiful Colorado B&B.

Payment and Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is generous.  We ask for the first night's payment or guarantee with a credit card when the reservation is made.  If you cancel 24 hours or more before the reservation, the payment will be refunded.  If you must cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation we reserve the right to retain the payment unless we can rent the room again.

Check in between 3 and 7 pm.
Check out at 11 am.

We accept cash, check and major credit cards.

Discounts are given to off-season Monday - Thursday guests.
